Partner with engineering teams on AWS projects
Evolve stability of publishing systems
Evolve supportability of publishing systems
Identify incident problems
Determine incident mitigation steps
Determine incident root cause
Identify incident preventative actions
Communicate incident status
Participate in level-2 support rotation
Act as escalation for level-1 support
Introduce automation to replace manual operations
Implement nonfunctional requirements
Ensure system availability
Ensure system scalability
Ensure system performance
Ensure system monitoring
Ensure system alerting
Ensure efficient incident troubleshooting
Leverage system tools for metrics collection
Augment system tools for metrics collection
