### **About the Role** * Build, operate, and support highly available cloud-native services on AWS (ECS, Aurora RDS, etc.) * Apply SRE and DevOps best practices to ensure reliability, scalability, performance, and security * Automate infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) * Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and AWS CodePipeline * Implement monitoring and observability using Datadog and CloudWatch * Lead incident response, on-call support, and root cause analysis (RCA) * Drive continuous improvements in system resilience, automation, and operational efficiency ### **About You** * **Primary Skills:****AWS domain expert, Terraform, GitHub actions, Datadog** * **Secondary Skills: Communication, documentation, leading RCA, monitoring** * 6–10 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering roles * Strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Datadog * Experience managing production systems and distributed architectures * Proven skills in incident management, RCA, and troubleshooting complex issues * Good understanding of monitoring, automation, and system reliability practices * Strong communication and documentation skills * Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive improvements in fast-paced environments. #LI-SM1 **What’s in it For You?** * **Hybrid Work Model:** We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working environment (2-3 days a week in the office depending on the role) for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected. * **Flexibility & Work-Life Balance:** Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset.
