Advanced experience with the Commvault data protection suite, Proficient with scripting or programming languages such as CHEF, Anasible, Python, bash, Experience with enterprise systems management/monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus, Advanced user level expertise in UNIX/Linux, Windows operating systems as well as Oracle ZFS, Data Domain, VAST Data, and NetApp Storage, Experience with SAN storage arrays, such as HPe and NetApp, and Brocade Fiber Channel switching

What You'll Do.
build monitoring and automation solutions to improve the application and infrastructure availability
Represent enterprise storage team in project meetings and provide advice
training and technical support
Work with our customers to understand the monitoring and automation requirements and implement solutions using available tool sets and scripting languages
support and maintain enterprise Monitoring tools in a multi-tier storage environment
Build Automation solutions using available tool sets and scripting languages (Ansible
Maintain design and support documents for all built solutions and processes
Troubleshoots networking
and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational problems utilizing associated command line and management tools
learn about these technologies very quickly and resolve any problems involved in integrating new technologies
Support business disaster recovery procedures for assigned areas of responsibility
