Must Have
Masters or bachelor's degree in computer science, 5+ years of experience in an SRE or Software Engineering role, Successful experience managing production environments at scale, Belief that observability is critically important, Experience reading (or writing) part of or all of the SRE book, Hands-on experience with shepherding services from design to production, Experience tackling site-wide outages, Passion for mentoring engineers
