Brief Overview Senior Systems Engineer is an exciting and important role within the Engineering Architecture team at Amwell. The Systems Engineering team supports key infrastructure within Amwell’s data center and cloud environments. Team members work hands-on to support hardware, virtualization platforms, operating systems, and shared network services like storage, mail, monitoring, DNS, identity management, and configuration management. This role places a strong emphasis on infrastructure automation, operational tooling, and scalable systems management. The ideal candidate is passionate about reducing operational complexity through scripting, Infrastructure-as-Code, and automation-driven engineering practices across cloud and on-premise platforms. Amwell systems support Telehealth
