Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, 7+ years of experience in project management, site engineering, or field engineering, understanding of DC systems, EV charging systems, or related technologies, Proven experience in leading project teams, making strategic decisions, resolving complex technical issues, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, Advanced problem-solving abilities, troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical and system issues, Proficiency in managing multiple projects concurrently, organizational skills, attention to detail, Deep understanding of electrical systems, commissioning, and maintenance procedures, Ability to mentor junior engineers, contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, Ability to travel up to 40% as needed, Bilingual (French/English)
