Do you bring expertise that combines scientific insight with AI, technology, and operational excellence to help shape the future of modern people friendly and automated facilities?_ The **Senior Site Director** for AstraZeneca R&D Gothenburg is accountable for shaping and delivering the direction and operational performance of the AstraZeneca Gothenburg site, aligned with enterprise and functional priorities. In this role you’ll partner closely with the Site Leadership Team and enterprise stakeholders to ensure the site operates as a high-performing, integrated R&D environment. This includes driving cross-site learning, strengthening scientific and operational excellence, and leading continuous improvement in how work is delivered across disciplines. Although the role will mainly have an internal focus, you will also represent the Gothenburg site externally in line with agreed mandates and corporate guidance.
