What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in Project Management, 4+ years of experience in Account Management, 4+ years of experience in Digital Agency Operations, 4+ years of experience in Shopify or eCommerce environments, understanding of Shopify ecosystems and website delivery workflows, Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously, communication and stakeholder management skills, Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities, Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Nice to Have
Experience working with CRO, SEO, and email marketing teams, Familiarity with Shopify design and development workflows, Experience managing distributed or international teams, Knowledge of agile delivery processes, QA and process management mindset
What You'll Do.
Manage up to 7 concurrent Shopify and eCommerce projects
Maintain project timelines
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Provide proactive communication and updates via Loom
Lead recurring review calls and roadmap discussions
Build long-term client relationships focused on trust
Identify upsell and retainer opportunities where appropriate
Facilitate weekly delivery meetings and project reviews
Allocate tasks across designers and developers
Conduct QA reviews and enforce agency standards
Support junior team members through mentorship and process guidance
Escalate risks or blockers appropriately to leadership
and internal documentation
Contribute ideas for operational efficiency and process optimization
Support retrospective reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain organized project records and reporting structures
Review project changes and support budget management
Ensure projects remain aligned with business goals and profitability targets
and proposal preparation when needed
