Deliver high-quality monthly KPI reports including project P&L
billable vs non-billable metrics
Act as administrator for ChangePoint PSA ensuring data integrity and system governance
Provide ad-hoc reporting and insights to senior stakeholders including Finance and PS leadership
Perform pipeline forecasting and analysis for Professional Services business
Identify and improve operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Conduct onboarding and training for new users on ChangePoint PSA
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using advanced Excel
and vendor management interactions
Collaborate with PMs and Resource Managers on finance and PMO processes
Drive AI adoption in operational processes and repetitive workflows

Ensure data accuracy and governance across systems
Support financial tracking and operational reporting
Manage SoW lifecycle and vendor coordination
Perform data consolidation from multiple systems
