What You'll Achieve.
performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); customer’s overall experience; UK Army’s AH-64E operational readiness outcomes; Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets; improving operational readiness outcomes; drive on-time delivery and predictable turnaround; support engine and component shop visit readiness and execution; contract renewal; business development activities; profitability metrics for assigned scope; compliant execution; development of program plans related to contract performance processes; timely cash collection; Achieve productivity goals
Industry & Context.
Demonstrated analytical capability to evaluate problems; drive root cause thinking; resolve issues
Possess or be able to obtain UK Security Clearance, Travel within the UK and internationally as required (expected ~20% travel), Work from the Cheltenham, UK office 2-3 days per week, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, Customer or Program Management, Service Management background, Possess or be able to obtain UK Security Clearance, Willingness to travel within UK and internationally (approx. 20%)
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, or business, Lean / continuous improvement experience, Experience managing long-term customer service agreements, Experience in fleet management and logistics
What You'll Do.
Own the customer interface for the UK Apache PBL
Ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience
Lead regular program reviews with the customer
Communicate fleet readiness status
Coordinate cross-functional execution across a matrixed team
Align execution to Safety
Manage Maintenance Repair Organisation (MRO) partner relationships
Lead engine/component evaluations
Lead materials demand forecasting
Define provisioning requirements
Lead contract renewal and commercial activities
Identify and mature business development opportunities
Own the Contract Margin Review process
Ensure contract flow-down
Review invoices for assigned accounts
Achieve productivity goals

Lead a cross-functional, matrixed team; Coordinate cross-functional execution across a matrixed team (Customer Program Manager, Field Service Representative, Product Support Engineering, Repair Engineering, Materials/CAM, Sales, Services); Work with product team
