About The Role In this role, you'll join a successful team to provide quality consulting, implementation and training services on MYOB applications and excellent customer service to our Mid-Market clients. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you'll provide experienced advice, seek out opportunities and identify risks whilst driving success and high adoption of MYOB platforms. What You'll Be Doing -  Working within a team, to deliver expert EXO services across the MYOB ecosystem. -  Build trusted relationships with customers, understand their business processes, and help them get the most value from their current EXO environment. -  Support our strategy of nurturing suitable EXO customers toward a transition to future state MYOB platforms as their needs evolve, helping customers move forward in a practical and well-supported way. -  Assessing, scoping and prioritising the time and resources needed to deliver a service as required -  Provide training on our MYOB platform solutions and the ability to facilitate organisational change activities and review -  G
