Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service lifts and other equipment, Experience gained from attending one or more ultra-boom schools, Experience as a Field Service Technician, Experience mentoring others, Understanding of the business’s equipment functionality and characteristics

Act as a mentor for other technicians
Assist and teach others how to look up
Assist and teach others service information
Develop understanding of proper repair procedures
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Support other technicians in resolution of equipment issues
Repair the business’s products
Repair various other types of equipment
Assist Lead Technician in estimation process
