Must Have
3+ years maintenance experience, Working knowledge of plumbing, Working knowledge of electrical, Working knowledge of HVAC, Working knowledge of appliances, Working knowledge of building systems, EPA Type II or Universal certification, All state and local certifications, Flexible schedule including on-call, Valid driver's license, Physical ability to stand, Physical ability to walk, Physical ability to climb, Lift up to 25 lbs independently, Lift up to 50 lbs with assistance, Work indoors and outdoors, Work in all weather conditions
