As a CMDB specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and evolution of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: * Manage and improve the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) * Monitor and ensure the performance and health of the ServiceNow instance * Review and optimize configurations (CIs, attributes, workflows, groups) * Prepare the CMDB to support efficient ITSM processes * Automate processes and propose continuous improvements * Manage access (roles, users, and permissions) * Implement updates and manage deployments across environments * Create reports, notifications, and data import templates * Resolve technical incidents and provide daily support * Produce technical documentation and train users What We’re Looking For: * Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow (senior/expert level) * Strong knowledge of CMDB (configuration and administration) * Hands-on experience with development and deployment in ServiceNow * Good knowledge of: * JavaScript, HTML, XML * APIs (REST / SOAP) * Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving * Knowledge of ITSM (preferred) * Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset * Good communication skills and team spirit Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field * English level B2–C1 Nice to Have: * ServiceNow CSA certificati
