Role Overview As the Senior Service Manager, you provide senior‑level leadership over the maintenance operations of a multimillion‑dollar multifamily community. You oversee the physical condition of the property, lead and develop the maintenance team, support operational goals, and partner closely with the Community Manager to enhance resident satisfaction, support renewals, and maintain asset performance. This role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to safety, operational excellence, and resident service. Maintenance Operations administer performance plans or disciplinary actions as needed. Manage the on-call rotation and provide support during emergency situations. Ensure all work practices comply with company policies and federal/state regulations such as ADA, Fair Housing, OSHA, Lead-Based Paint, HAZCOM, EPA, and related requirements. Safety, Compliance multifamily experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or college coursework preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and manage a maintenance team. Universal EPA, CPO, and HVAC certifications are required. Valid Class E driver’s license. Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations including EPA, OSHA, ADA, and Fair Housing. Ability to read and interpret maintenance instructions, technical manuals, and equipment documentation.
