Must Have
Higher education in Design, Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, Psychology, Service Design, or a design research portfolio that shows relevant experience, A portfolio showcasing design research and storytelling, Skilled in Figma prototyping or willing to rapidly transition, Experience using design research methods to discover problems and opportunities, Experience with facilitation and collaborative problem-solving techniques to drive team alignment, Ability to help define a user experience vision and help inspire others to execute against that vision, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian
Nice to Have
Experience with synthesizing large volumes of user interviews, Experience with driving an electric vehicle in Norway
