What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Clear, fluent spoken English, 3+ years proven SEO experience, Demonstrated website design experience (portfolio required), knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, proficiency with Ahrefs, Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog, Comfortable using Claude and AI tools as part of the SEO and design workflow, Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy, Client-facing experience and confidence on monthly video calls

Nice to Have

Agency experience is a plus, Experience using Claude to design and build websites (Artifacts, components, full pages), Experience with CRO, paid media, or content strategy, Knowledge of schema markup, site migrations, or international SEO

What You'll Do.

Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies for multiple clients

and optimize client websites alongside SEO campaigns

Conduct keyword research

Optimize site structure

and on-page design for improved rankings and conversions

Monitor performance and provide clear

Run monthly client video calls and provide monthly reports or Loom recordings

Stay current with SEO trends

and algorithm updates

Use AI tools like Claude to improve speed

and execution quality
