Full Job Description

## Accountabilities You will be responsible for managing end-to-end paid media execution across Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring campaigns are optimized for lead generation performance across India and the US markets. This includes building structured campaign architectures, continuously optimizing performance, and aligning media strategy with business outcomes. Design, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen, along with Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Develop and maintain separate strategies for India and US markets, including targeting, bidding logic, messaging, and budget allocation. Optimize campaigns for qualified lead generation by refining audiences, keywords, creatives, and conversion pathways. Own end-to-end conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and CAPI, ensuring accurate attribution. Conduct ongoing A/B testing across ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance. Collaborate with sales teams to define lead quality and continuously optimize toward revenue-driving outcomes. Produce performance reports and insights on spend efficiency, CPL, and conversion trends across markets. Partner cross-functionally with SEO, content, and web teams to improve overall acquisition effectiveness. Requirements The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience in performance marketing, particularly in managing high-volume lead generation campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You should be comfortable operating independently while making data-driven decisions that directly impact acquisition performance. 5+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation. Proven experience running campaigns in both India and US markets. Strong expertise in conversion tracking tools including Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and CAPI. Ability to write high-performing ad copy tailored to different regional audiences.
