Full Job Description
Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious Seller Consultant to join its China team based in Hangzhou. The objective of the Sales consultant is to deliver new business growth and maximize revenue generation across Amazon's suite of products for merchants. Recruiting and launching sellers on Amazon's global marketplace to JP you will analyze sales data to identify opportunities and resolve seller blocker to help sellers succeed on the marketplace. Your superior communication, organizational and technical skills will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, where you will have the autonomy to take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives. Key job responsibilities - Develop a category recruitment strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products' value proposition. - Identify, recruit, cross launch and support sellers of various types to execute on growth plans. - Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's partners in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business. - Coordinate and lead project with cross function teams and deliver result with stakeholders - Feed back to other teams within Amazon worldwide lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
