Ensure data center infrastructure is secured

Direct the lifecycle of security systems

Perform performance management

Provide technical mentorship

Manage resource allocation

Accountable for security roadmap

Manage project delivery

Ensure installations meet technical specifications

Ensure installations meet regulatory requirements

Own the regional security budget

Prioritize capital expenditure

Prioritize operational expenditure

Manage strategic relationships with partners

Oversee contract performance

Oversee service quality

Serve as escalation point

Resolve cross-functional bottlenecks
