Significant experience in designing and deploying security architectures across on-premise and public cloud, Proven ability to be a trusted business partner in a matrixed organisation, building relationships across hierarchies and business units, experience of identifying opportunities for change and then being the driving force for making the change happen, Excellent ability to gather requirements and distil into suitable solutions that meet business needs, Outstanding communication abilities in oral and written mediums – you will be able to craft compelling messages to stakeholders of all levels, security architecture experience in the one or more of the following: Product Security (Application, Cloud, CI/CD), Cryptography (PKI, Secrets, CLM), Threat Modelling, Artificial Intelligence, expert at identifying the right solutions to solve ambiguous, open-ended problems that require you to prioritize among several different business and team objectives, actively lead and participate in cross-team discussions, share knowledge, and contribute to team goals, tenacious, hungry for knowledge and able to juggle multiple competing organisation-wide objectives in the pursuit of delivering pragmatic and sustainable solutions
What You'll Do.
Contribute to the creation of an enterprise-wide security architecture
patterns and processes
Run and develop Security Architecture Design Authority/Working Groups
Work with FNZ business units as a trusted advisor to ensure security considerations are built into all new systems and applications
Work alongside Engineering teams to trial and deploy security tooling that meets FNZ business needs
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging security threats and trends
and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies
Work closely with Application
Network and Infrastructure architects across the Group to align technology strategies

**Job Title** Senior Security Architect **Location** Pune **Reports to** Head of Security Architecture **Role Description** At FNZ, our purpose is to make wealth management more accessible, bringing easier, fairer and more inclusive solutions to people worldwide. Here in the **Architecture Office,** we work to protect the platforms that support investment solutions for over 20 million people. We are looking for an experienced **Senior** **Security Architect** , reporting to the **Head of Security Architecture**. You will have an excellent command of security principles and a demonstrated ability to design practical, secure solutions that exceed business needs. Your role in FNZ will be to work both as a change agent alongside business units as a trusted advisor and as an innovator, looking into and trialling new technology to benefit the business.
