What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–8 years of hands-on experience as an SDET, preferably in product-based companies, Proven experience in designing POCs and driving innovative QA solutions, coding skills in Python, Selenium, Webdriver and experience with PyTest, Jmeter, Hands-on experience in UI and API automation for web-based applications, Solid understanding of testing methodologies (manual and automation), Experience writing and maintaining detailed test plans, cases, and documentation, Proficiency with CI/CD tools and integrating test automation into pipelines, Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, and IDEs like PyCharm, Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills, communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional and Agile teams
Nice to Have
Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure, Experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain, Passion for innovation, automation at scale, and continuous quality improvement, Performanceenchmark testing experience is an added advantage
What You'll Do.

Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and maintain testing infrastructure
Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies and integrating best practices into the QA process
