Must Have
5+ years of professional experience in a Project Manager or Scrum Master role, Solid, proven track record of managing products or projects specifically within the Artificial Intelligence space (e.g., LLMs, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics), Advanced Scrum certification: PSM II (Professional Scrum Master II) or A-CSM (Advanced Certified Scrum Master), Exceptional ability to translate technical AI constraints into business language and vice versa, Passion for teaching and a demonstrated ability to train others on Agile principles and best practices

Steering high-stakes AI initiatives
Contributing to the evolution of our Agile Competence Center
Refining methodologies
Evaluating current workflows and suggesting new practices and procedures
Designing and conducting high-impact sharing sessions and formal training workshops
Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (or relevant Agile rituals) for complex AI product squads
Ensuring roadblocks are removed and value is delivered iteratively
Acting as the primary liaison between technical AI researchers/engineers and business units
