Must Have
Practical experience applying servant-leadership within Agile delivery teams, Knowledge of Agile principles, practices and frameworks, particularly Scrum, Excellent facilitation, communication and organisational skills, An advanced Scrum Master certification such as PSM II or III, or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), Experience in Agile Coaching, or relevant qualifications such as ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC or ICE-AC, UK national, Highest level of UK Government Security Clearance
