What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4–8+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role, experience supporting backend, platform, API, data, or ML engineering teams, Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks with hands-on experience applying them at scale, Experience working in fast-paced, high-ownership product organizations, Hands-on experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence, Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive execution with minimal guidance, Working experience working with and applying Agile methodologies and tools, and lean Agile practices (SAFe. Scrum, Kanban)

What You'll Do.
Own and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning
Enable end-to-end sprint execution for backend
ensuring delivery commitments are realistic and predictable
Track sprint progress
proactively identifying and removing impediments
Partner closely with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to ensure backlog readiness
and alignment with business goals
Follows direction from the agile adoption strategy and rollout plans for teams across the organization
Develops and evaluates team metrics and makes recommendations in improving agile processes and metrics
Captures feedback to foster collaboration and emotional intelligence across the organization
Manage cross-team dependencies across backend
Drive continuous improvement using Agile metrics such as velocity
Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices while adapting processes to real-world engineering constraints
Support release planning
and delivery reporting for leadership visibility
Foster a culture of accountability
and continuous improvement within teams
