Must Have
Legal authority to work in Canada, 8+ years of progressive experience in IT sourcing and contract negotiation, Demonstrated experience negotiating complex IT agreements, including software, hardware, cloud, and managed services, Proven ability to lead and execute complex sourcing initiatives, including RFx processes and negotiation strategies, Experience working with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and legal counsel to resolve commercial and contractual matters

Develop and execute category strategies
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure contract compliance
Build and manage relationships with suppliers
Drive post-award value through contract management
Support IT portfolio planning and budgeting
Ensure compliance with SCM policies

Act as a trusted partner to Information Technology; Collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance, Security, and other stakeholders; Contribute to cross-functional SCM and enterprise initiatives; Provide mentorship to team members
