Must Have
PhD in Computational Chemistry, Chemistry, Biophysics, or related discipline, Significant small-molecule drug discovery experience, Track record in structure-based drug design, Deep understanding of protein–ligand interactions, Hands-on experience with molecular modelling software, Experience with workflow/data analysis tools, Experience applying docking, molecular dynamics, free energy calculations, Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Relevant postdoctoral experience, Relevant industry experience, Track record of impactful publications, Track record of impactful patents, Contributions to discovery pipeline progression, Scripting or programming experience in Python, Experience in advanced Molecular Dynamics simulation methods, Experience in QM methods in drug discovery, Experience in AI/ML applications for drug discovery, Experience with generative models, Experience with ligand/protein co-folding approaches
