**主要职责 ：** * 方法开发与验证：基于中国药典、ICH、ISO等要求，完成专属性、准确性、精密度、线性、范围、定量/检测限、稳定性等验证；搭建核酸定量/定性、基因测序、PCR/qPCR/数字PCR、CE、HPLC等分析方法。 * 实验与优化：独立开展核酸提取、酶活/分子标记检测、电泳等实验；排查并优化方法，提升灵敏度、重复性与效率。 * 文档与合规：撰写方案、报告、SOP与技术转移文件；配合项目申报与审计资料准备。 * 仪器与协作：负责qPCR/数字PCR、分光光度计、CE、HPLC等设备的使用与维护；与QC/研发协作完成检测、数据复核与问题处理；遵循生物与数据安全规范；参与方法研讨与培训。 **任职要求 ：** * 学历专业：分子生物学/生物化学与分子生物学/细胞生物学/生物技术/生物工程等相关专业，本科及以上；硕士优先。 * 技能：熟练核酸分析、PCR/qPCR、电泳等；能独立进行方法开发与验证；熟悉中国药典、ICH Q2与合规要求；能撰写验证文件与SOP；熟练使用基因分析与数据处理软件，具备图谱解读与统计分析能力；熟悉相关仪器操作与故障排查。 * 经验：本科2年以上相关科研/研发经验；硕士及以上可接收应届；有高校实验室、药企或生物技术公司经验者优先。 * 综合能力：严谨细致、责任心强；问题解决与快速响应能力佳；良好的文档与沟通协作能力，支持跨部门与技术转移；学习能力强，跟进行业技术与法规；具备良好英文读写能力。 **Date Posted** 30-Apr-2026 **Closing Date** 30-Jul-2026 AstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
