Under general direction, you will support project teams by providing critical schedule insights, identifying risks, and driving schedule performance across the full project lifecycle. In this role, you will work closely with project managers, construction teams, and project controls professionals to ensure alignment between planning, execution, and project objectives. You will play a key role in schedule development, progress tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis while contributing to continuous improvement in scheduling practices and tools. Your Day-to-Day Activities: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules from pre-construction through project completion Collaborate with project teams to establish baseline schedules and execution plans Lead planning sessions and scheduling workshops to define project sequencing and logic Update schedules based on field progress and validate accuracy through site coordination Analyze schedule performance, including critical path, float, and key variances Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines Develop forecasting models using production rates and resource data Create “what-if” scenarios to evaluate schedule impacts and recovery plans Support cost and schedule integrati
