Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, 5+ years of experience in scheduling of construction projects, 5+ years of scheduling experience with Primavera P6, Experience in developing logical sequencing of work, Experience in contract duration and phasing, Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Proficient in Microsoft Word, Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Organization and detail oriented skills, Flexible and able to readily adapt to changing priorities, Ability to meet deadlines, Adjust to a fast paced environment, Interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) in English
Nice to Have
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Experience in Schedule Analyzer, Experience in Microsoft Project, Experience in TILOS software

Develop detailed work schedules
Maintain detailed work schedules
Progress detailed work schedules
Collaborate with project team
Deliver overall work schedule
Execute overall work schedule
Update detailed work schedules
Collect updates from construction teams
Ensure monthly reports reflect project status
Prepare contractor monthly schedule submissions
Ensure compliance with constraints
Ensure compliance with activity coding
Ensure compliance with logic sequencing
Ensure compliance with software settings
Ensure compliance with calendar usage
Ensure compliance with required detail levels
Refine detailed baseline schedules
Align schedules with project objectives
Review internal weekly look-ahead schedules
Validate internal weekly look-ahead schedules
Review contractor weekly look-ahead schedules
Validate contractor weekly look-ahead schedules
Provide analytical support for schedule adjustments
Conduct time impact analyses
Substantiate extension requests
Contribute to development of MEP schedules
Contribute to development of architectural schedules
Participate in team meetings
Participate in collaborative discussions
Support overall program development
Interpret contract language
Identify scheduling requirements
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations
