What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or business management, Proficiency in Primavera P6, Proficiency in MS Project, 10 years’ experience, 5 years on projects of similar size and complexity, Experience with Project Management Information Systems such as USACE RMS, NAVFAC eCMS, Kahua or Procore
Nice to Have
Certification as Certified Construction Manager (CCM), 15 years experience, Previous scheduling experience on large construction projects, Other Relevant certifications (PMP, LEED), Relevant scheduling certifications, Previous Management Experience of subordinate schedulers

Oversee and manage subordinate Project Schedulers
Optimize project schedules
Mitigate schedule delays
Analyze schedule related claims
Analyze change orders
Review construction schedules for compliance
Develop integrated master schedule
Provide assistance on potential modifications
Develop or review Time Impact Analysis
Confirm schedules meet contract requirements
Review CPM-NAS schedules
Report findings on CPM-NAS schedules
Monitor progress of contractors
Recommend revisions to CPM-NAS schedules
Advise staff of discrepancies or issues
Enhance scheduling capabilities of construction firms
Perform Time Impact Analysis
Develop summary report
Develop Frag-net schedules
Provide scheduling support
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Works with design engineers; Works with construction engineers; Supports the development of an integrated master schedule; Provides scheduling support to supported Construction Manager; Provides scheduling support to Project Manager; Provides scheduling support to Program Manager
