What They're Looking For.
Must Have
SAP Implementation, client facing experience, consultancy experience in core SAP module (FI, SD, MM, SC, etc) for at least 3-4 years, Project Management experience of at least 2-3 years, decisive leader by making timely, informed decisions, proven track record of identification and elimination of obstacles, driver to achieve results by timely project completion, define project scope, goals, deliverables and success criteria, develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources and budget, work with the Solution Architect and delivery team and determine if any external vendors are required for the project, communication skills
Nice to Have
Knowledge or implementation experience in AI
What You'll Do.
Oversee system changes
Ensure timelines for delivery of solutions are understood
Identify potentials risks and issues
Develop mitigation strategies
Track and lead day to day execution of the projects
Ensure that the project meets the required quality standards
Manage relationship with third party vendors
Maintain thorough project documentation
Ensure a smooth transition of project to production support teams
Track and manage budget
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with the Solution Architect, delivery team and VMO in onboarding external vendors; Working with Functional teams, legacy/existing system owners and their technical architects; Provide guidance to the team; Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges; Lead and motivate project teams ensuring collaboration and productivity; Act as liaison between the test team and existing business system owners; Connect business/function/geography “customers” with appropriate IT technical resources
