What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 7 years of related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 5 years experience, At least 5-7 years of total experience as a Project Manager, Extensive experience of working for large IT services/IT outsourcing companies with SAP Implementation and client facing experience, Consultancy experience of working in core SAP module (FI, SD, MM, SC, etc) for at least 3-4 years, Project Management experience of at least 2-3 years
Nice to Have
Knowledge or implementation experience in AI is a plus
What You'll Do.
Overseeing system changes
Ensuring timelines for delivery of solutions are understood
Documenting and escalating any issues/risks
Providing guidance to the team
Ensuring the team is working in accordance with the agreed project plan
Identifying potential risks and issues that could impact project success
Developing mitigation strategies to reduce risks and issues identified
Ensuring that any deviations to the project plan are documented and approved
Managing Change Requests by assessing their impact
Tracking and leading day to day execution of the projects
Ensuring that progress aligns with the project plan
Conducting regular team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges
Ensuring that the project meets the required quality standards
Leading and motivating project teams
Acting as liaison between the test team and existing business system owners
Managing relationship with third party vendors and partners
Maintaining thorough project documentation
Ensuring a smooth transition of project to production support teams
Ensuring that budget is tracked and managed
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with the Solution Architect, delivery team and VMO in onboarding the external vendors; Working with Functional teams, legacy/existing system owners and their technical architects; Provide guidance to the team; Ensure that the team is working in accordance with the agreed project plan; Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges; Lead and motivate project teams ensuring collaboration and productivity; Act as liaison between the test team and existing business system owners; Manage relationship with third party vendors and partners; Work with the Solution Architect and delivery team
