You will work with the business customers, users, technical architects, and application designers to define the functional business process requirements for the SAP system within a designated functional area. In this position you will provide full life-cycle support, as well as creating system documentation, including operating procedures, functional and technical design specifications, and technical support documentation. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES * Works with the business stake holders and delivery managers to understand business requirements in detail. * Serves as primary IT contact and lead role for customer-facing projects * Leads the transitioning requirements and use cases to the designers, and ensures a clear and complete understanding of the requirements are passed on. * Translates requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing * Participates in quality reviews, including management and peer level, as outlined
