What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6–8+ years of hands-on SAP experience in at least one of the following areas: SAP FI (Financial Accounting), SAP SD (Pricing & Promotions / Retail), SAP EAM / PM (Asset Management / Plant Maintenance), SAP S/4HANA Finance, Experience working in production support environments, Proven experience delivering Change Requests (CRs) end-to-end, Understanding of business processes and SAP system integration, Ability to work in client-facing environments with SLA accountability, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
1–2+ years of experience with SAP Concur (Expense, Travel, Invoice), Understanding of T&E processes and S/4HANA integration
What You'll Do.
Day-to-day application support in live SAP production environments
Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
Deliver Change Requests (CRs) end-to-end (analysis
Support incident management and troubleshooting activities
Participate in system enhancements
and optimisation initiatives
Ensure alignment with business processes and system capabilities
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
