University Computer Science or Business Commerce degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, SAP functional expertise in more than one module: Materials management, Production Planning and control, Sales and Distribution and Warehouse management, SAP technical experience in FICO and integration with MM, PP, WM and SD, S4 AHAN 2023 experience, Hands on controlling, Hands on bank integrations, Hands on High radius, Hands on blackline, Proficient in MS Excel, Proficient in MS Project, Proficient in MS Word, Proficient in MS Visio

What You'll Do.
Provide SAP support and guidance to business users
Identify and recommend actions to streamline business processes
Assist in business systems and process reviews
Assist users in defining and documenting business system
Guide employees when defining existing business process
Ensure business system requirements are aligned with processes
Recommend improvements and documentation
Implement new SAP functionality
Adhere to IT Project methodology
Adhere to change control policies
Facilitate Business Requirements Gathering through workshops and interviews
Work closely with end users
Prepare and maintain SAP business process documentation
Prepare Functional specs for system changes
Work with ABAP developer
Perform unit and functional testing
Facilitate Integration and User Acceptance Testing
Assist with SAP End-User Training
Prepare Cut-over Plan
Perform/Monitor cut-over activities
Support business units globally on SAP issues
Address production support issues
Review elements of Sales and Distribution processes
Support third party software interfaces
Maintain proficiency in SAP modules
Stay current with business application software products
