By hiring the best and brightest minds—and that’s why we want you! ## ## Job Description: **What will you work on?** Reporting to the Manager of Business Applications, the primary responsibility of this role is to provide SAP support and guidance to business users within the finance. This encompasses multi-SAP modules including: FICO and integrations with Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Warehouse management {WM) and Production planning and control (PP). The candidate will be key contributor to the Toronto Enterprise Applications Team and will work closely with cross business representatives. **How will you create impact?** * Business Process Improvement * Identify and recommend actions to streamline business processes, through training and communication amongst the end user community * Assist in business systems and process reviews, assist users in defining and documenting their business system requirements * Guide employees when defining existing business process to ensure business system requirements are aligned with those processes, including recommendation for improvement and documentation * Implementation of new SAP functionality * Adhere to Spin Master IT Project methodology and change control policies * Facilitate Business Requirements Gathering through workshops and interviews with business experts while working closely with end users to ensure a common understanding of day to day activities * Prepare and maintain SAP business process documentation S4 HANA 1709 and higher version 2023 and of all associated proj
