Must Have
5+ years of proven experience as an SFDC System Analyst, advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its implementation tools, Experience in configuring, and applying Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Communities), and linking with third-party applications, Experience working with Salesforce Asset Management, Warranty Management, and Entitlement Management, A self-motivated individual with a track record of working independently and driving new initiatives, Experience collaborating with application developers, SFDC, SAP, and offshore teams to provide end-to-end solutions, interpersonal and communication skills

Relevant certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator
