Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions aligned with client business objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term maintainability. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, and digital transformation roadmaps. Own solution architecture, technical design, integration strategy, and governance across complex Salesforce implementations and enhancements. Translate business requirements into structured, scalable technical architectures while evaluating solution options and trade-offs. Lead technical solutioning for proposals, RFPs, demos, proof-of-concepts, and pre-sales engagements supporting business development efforts. Establish and enforce architectural standards, ensuring adherence to best practices in performance, security, and system design. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including Salesforce, data, ERP, analytics, and strategy practices to deliver integrated enterprise solutions. Identify delivery risks early and guide mitigation strategies to ensure high-quality, successful project outcomes. Mentor and coach architects, consultants, and technical teams through reviews, knowledge sharing, and best-practice enablement. Contribute to practice growth through reusable frameworks, thought leadership, accelerators, and industry engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce and other strategic partners to support innovation and solution expansion. Requirements 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions, including significant hands-on architecture and technical leadership experience. Deep expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, including integrations, data architecture, security, governance, and multi-cloud implementations.
