Experience in developing with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect Center, Highly proficient in Apex, Visualforce (VF), and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development, At least 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, minimum of 3 years focused on Service Cloud, Proficiency with Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL, Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, particularly Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect Center, Proven expertise in Salesforce integration patterns, including REST and SOAP APIs, data loaders, and third-party integration tools, Ability to design and implement complex, scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions, Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, Excellent problem-solving skills, capacity to work independently and collaboratively within teams, communication and interpersonal abilities, Demonstrated capability to handle multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, Salesforce Developer, Service Cloud
Nice to Have
