What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, understanding of platform capabilities and solution design, leveraging SFMC features to propose scalable, tailored solutions for complex business needs, Solid data modelling & SQL knowledge for data querying, segmentation and transformation, Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate marketing platforms with external systems, Experience with JavaScript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) for scripting and automations, HTML, CSS, AMPscript experience for content development and personalization
Nice to Have
Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, Salesforce Email Specialist, or similar, Exposure to Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Experience with customer data platforms (CDP) and CRM systems, Familiarity with Git and other software development methodologies
