What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, 3 or more experience in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex), Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs and integrations, 4 or more experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other clouds, 2 or more years of experience of data modeling, security model, and sharing rules, 2 or more years of experience in CI/CD tools (e. g. , Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, Git), 2 or more years of experience of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, 2 or more experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket)
Nice to Have
Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms, Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps Center, DX, and scratch orgs, Exposure to Einstein Analytics, Experience Cloud, or CPQ, Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and CSS, Experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations, Exposure to microservices or event-driven architecture, Understanding of data migration and ETL tools

Labcorp is seeking a remote **Senior Salesforce Developer** to join our team! **Work Schedule** : This is a full‑time, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a Second Shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.in your local time zone. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible. **Job Responsibilities** **Team Development and Mentorship** * Mentor and support junior/salesforce developers. **Technical Oversight** * Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using **Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura)** * Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable architecture * Implement **Lightning Experience enhancements** and modern UI/UX designs * Perform **code reviews, unit testing (minimum 75% coverage), and deployment** using CI/CD tools **Collaboration and Stakeholder Management** * Partner with cross‑functional teams including product management, operations, and IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders. **Delivery and Operations** * Develop and maintain **Salesforce integrations** with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and web services. * Build and optimize **custom objects, workflows, validation rules, Process Builder, and Flow.** * Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and ensure system performance and scalability. * Collaborate with admins, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions * Ensure adherence to **Salesforce best practices, security, and governance standards
