What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud environments, Deep expertise in Salesforce platform development, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, integrations, security models, and declarative automation, experience architecting and integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, APIs, cloud platforms, and external data sources, Experience implementing or supporting Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities, Practical experience leveraging AI technologies, including prompt engineering and generative AI tools, to improve automation, analytics, customer engagement, or operational efficiency, understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform governance, release management, DevOps, and scalable design best practices, Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, security, and business stakeholders, Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills, with the ability to drive complex initiatives from design through deployment, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have
Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer 1 or 2, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud consultant certifications, Salesforce AI Associate or other AI-related certifications are a plus
