Full Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer with 2.5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Salesforce platform development, customization, and integrations, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flows, and other Salesforce technologies. * Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. * Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. * Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical discussions. * Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability and performance. * Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment plans. * Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers throughout the project lifecycle. * Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes. **Requirements** **Required Qualifications** * 2.5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. * Strong experience with: * Apex * Lightning Web Components (LWC) * SOQL/SOSL * Salesforce Flows * Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules) * Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs * Experience working with Git and CI/CD tools. * Understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management processes. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Nice-to-Have Skills** * Experience with Salesforce clouds beyond Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, such as: * Field Service * Experience Cloud * Marketing Cloud * Health Cloud * Financial Services Cloud * Education Cloud * CPQ * Data Cloud * Sales
