Must Have
Salesforce Platform Expertise, Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and data model, Knowledge of Salesforce security model, workflows, and process automation, Experience with Salesforce integrations and API testing, Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java, Proficiency in test automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber), Experience with Maven, Git, and CI/CD pipeline integration, API testing expertise using REST Assured, Postman, or similar tools, test case design and execution capabilities, Expertise in regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing, Experience with agile testing methodologies and sprint-based delivery, Knowledge of test data management and environment setup, Proficient in JIRA for test management and defect tracking, Experience with Confluence for test documentation, Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab), Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner), Ability to mentor junior testers and lead testing initiatives, communication skills for stakeholder management, Experience working in cross-functional agile teams, Capability to provide technical guidance and best practices, Analytical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities, Proactive approach to identifying testing improvements, Innovation mindset for implementing new testing technologies, Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Nice to Have
DevOps pipeline integration and CI/CD test execution experience, ETL testing knowledge with Unix, SQL and Ab Initio expertise, AI and automation innovation in testing processes, Proactive and self-motivated approach with ability to bring new ideas to the team
