Must Have

5+ years hands-on experience administering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, Salesforce declarative development, Flow Builder, Salesforce Administrator certification, Platform App builder certification, Conga Contracts or similar CLM tools, Agile/Scrum experience, Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement skills, Ability to work core business hours (8–5 in any US time zone), occasional evening/weekend support for major releases

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud, AI or automation tools, Passion for education, mission-driven mindset

Configure and support Salesforce embedded applications

Configure and support Salesforce integrations

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues

Stay current with Salesforce releases

Identify opportunities to improve system functionality

Identify opportunities to improve user experience

Document system configurations

Support end-user training

Support user adoption

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Contribute to sprint planning
