7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices, Hands-on experience with: Flow Builder (must-have), Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, Understanding of security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules), analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Nice to Have
Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator (preferred), Experience with: Apex (basic understanding), Lightning Experience customization, Integration tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs), Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations including user setup
Configure standard and custom objects
Maintain data quality through data governance
and validation processes
Implement and manage Salesforce releases and change management processes
Design and implement automation using Flow Builder
Process Builder (legacy)
Optimize business processes across Sales
and other departments
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and automation
Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support issues
Provide training and onboarding for new users
Create and maintain documentation
Build and maintain reports and dashboards for business insights
Analyze data trends and provide actionable recommendations
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
Support integrations with third-party systems (via APIs
and mass updates using tools like Data Loader
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards
Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into solutions
Partner with developers and architects for complex implementations
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams
