7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices, Hands-on experience with: Flow Builder (must-have), Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, Understanding of security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules), analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
