As a Senior Robotics Sales Specialist, you will identify the right customers, make the case for change, and guide them through every phase — from the first conversation to a fully deployed solution. Short-term success means a healthy, qualified pipeline and early wins with the right enterprise accounts. Long-term, you become Unity's field authority on robotics commercial strategy — with direct influence on how we scale across the verticals that matter most and a clear path to growing with a team that is building something genuinely new. What you'll be doing Lead and create new opportunity engagements that deliver the highest value for robotics customers — aligning Unity's strengths with customer needs to build differentiated, outcome-based solutions that address real operational challenges across logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing. Build relationships and gain trusted advisor status with key stakeholders and senior decision makers at target accounts — developing executive-level engagement strategies that influence the buying process and accelerate deal
