6+ years of sales experience, 3+ years in healthcare or wellness benefits, 2+ years focusing on companies over 1000 employees, Experience managing complex business relationships, Experience with high-level negotiation, Experience with internal and external relationship management, Experience owning sales process from sourcing to close, 12-18 month sales cycles, Proven track record exceeding sales quota, Focus on new logo acquisition, Ability to maintain relationships to prospect and close new business, Live within the greater Seattle area (~50 miles)
Nice to Have
Experience selling a non-essential benefit a plus, Experience personally closing large complex deals end-to-end, Experience developing and executing sales strategies, Experience in large complex deal negotiations
