About the Role We are looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to join our Talent team to help acquire top-tier revenue-generating talent for mission-critical roles across Ethos' business. Someone passionate about building high-performing Sales teams from the ground up, excited about setting a broader sales hiring strategy, and energized by implementing it from end-to-end will thrive in this role. Duties and Responsibilities Drive Go-To-Market Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for high-impact revenue roles (including Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and GTM functions) in close collaboration with sales leadership and senior management. Build Pipeline & Sourcing Strategies: Develop creative candidate sourcing strategies to attract passive sales talent, manage pipeline metrics, and effectively leverage sourcing tools and vendors. Optimize the Interview Process: Refine and optimize our hiring workflows to ensure a fast, competitive, and world-class candidate experience from first contact to close. Partner with Sales Leadership: Act as a strategic advisor to sales hiring managers, providing market insights, compensation trends, and data-driven recruiting recommendations.
